How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided or through our Track Your Order page on the website.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order

  • Check with neighbors or other possible delivery locations

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance

If the package is declared lost, please email us at help@gildigital.shop with your order number. We’ll help you with a replacement or refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are handled within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-4 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, gildigital ships only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What do I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include a photo of the item and your order details when contacting us at help@gildigital.shop. We will issue a replacement or full refund.

Can I return a product?

Yes, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging. Please contact customer support at help@gildigital.shop to start the return process.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

How long does it take to process a refund?

After we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

What should I do if I haven’t received my tracking number yet?

Tracking numbers are sent 1-2 business days after your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received it after this time.

Why is my tracking number showing as invalid?

Tracking numbers may not be active immediately after shipment. Please check again after a few hours or the next business day. You can also track your package on the carrier’s website.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
